Being proactive about joint pain can help you remain healthy and active long into the future. Whether you’re an amateur or professional athlete, or working a demanding physical job, you know that injuries happen. Sometimes they’re obvious, like a strain or sprain. But other times, they’re more subtle aches and pains that just don’t seem to get better.
