For your convenience, you may pay your bill online. Our “Online Business Office” is simple, secure, and available to you anytime you need it. For full access to your account, enroll in our “Online Business Office.” If you’re just looking to pay your bill, choose to pay without enrolling.
Pay by Phone
For any billing related questions or to pay your Watertown Regional Medical Center bill over the phone, please call 833.336.2854.
Pay In-person
If you’d like to pay your bill in-person, the Patient Financial Counselor’s (PFC) Office is located just behind Registration, outside of the Watertown Regional Medical Center lobby. The PFC can help you pay your bill and answer any questions you may have.
Financial Assistance
Watertown Regional Medical Center is committed to delivering quality healthcare with the dignity and compassion you deserve.
If you can't afford the full cost of your care, our Financial Assistance Program can help. Depending on your financial circumstances, you may qualify for services at no cost or significant discounts, including coverage of up to 100 percent of your hospital and physician charges.
