Partnership with LifePoint Health
Watertown Regional Medical Center joined the LifePoint Health healthcare network in 2015. LifePoint and WRMC are united by a shared mission and vision, core values and guiding principles that drive everything we do and inform our approach to patient care, quality and how we do business. At the center of this is our commitment to improving the overall health and wellbeing of our community and maintaining a local voice in decision making through our board of trustees.
Greater Watertown Community Health Foundation
The Greater Watertown Community Health Foundation (GWCHF) was created out of the September 2015 joint venture transaction between Watertown Regional Medical Center (WRMC) and LifePoint Health. Over the last century, community support has been central to WRMC's capacity to provide first-class healthcare. GWCHF is committed to carrying on this legacy by providing both financial and leadership resources to Wisconsin's Dodge and Jefferson Counties and through a 20% ownership in WRMC and appointment of 50% of the WRMC joint venture board. Their mission is to inspire collaboration, mobilize resources and encourage innovation that measurably contributes to the wellbeing of our community.
