Living Better with Diabetes
Take control of diabetes
More than 9.4 percent of Americans today have diabetes, a disease that causes high levels of blood glucose due to defects in insulin production, insulin action, or both. Diabetes is a serious condition and can lead to critical complications and premature death. Fortunately, there’s good news — it can be managed.
If you or someone you love has diabetes, you can control the disease and lower the risk of complications. Let the clinical experts at Watertown Regional Medical Center develop a personalized care plan* to help you manage your diabetes so you can live a longer, healthier life.
