Sports Nutrition: Using Nutrition to Fuel Your Workout

Are you a fitness fan or working to increase your activity level?  If so, join us and learn how to use nutrition to help, not hinder, your performance. Our registered dietitian will provide information on how to fuel before a workout, eat during exercise, nourish for recovery, and properly hydrate. Watch our chef prepare a variety of energy-boosting snacks and smoothies. Tasting and recipes are included!

This class will be held in the Harvest Market Demonstration Kitchen at Watertown Regional Medical Center on Thursday, September 28th from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.
