Orthopedic Surgeon to Give Presentation on Options for Shoulder Pain

April 23, 2019

The complexity of the shoulder structure and its location once made it difficult for surgeons to access shoulder conditions without invasive surgery and long recovery times. Today, arthroscopic surgery allows surgeons with specialized skill and training to repair joints and ligaments more effectively and with easier patient recovery.

Watertown Regional Medical Center is pleased to present “Options for Relieving Shoulder Pain” a free session that will highlight the latest proven advances in diagnosis and care of shoulder disorders.

Orthopedic and sports medicine surgeon Dr. Mark Roman will discuss new surgical advances that are dramatically decreasing pain and improving recovery time. This free event will feature a presentation and informal question and answer session.

The free presentation will take place on Tuesday, May 14th at 5:30 pm at Harvest Market located inside Watertown Regional Medical Center, 125 Hospital Drive in Watertown.  Light appetizers will be served beginning at 5pm.
