Center for Womens Health Now Offers Yoga

Watertown Regional Medical Center and the Center for Women’s Health are excited to announce that they will begin offering weekly Slow Flow Yoga classes on March 2nd. The hour-long classes will be taught by Jane Brotski, a registered teacher through Yoga Alliance.
Slow Flow Yoga offers basic yoga poses, standing and floor exercises with modifications, breathing techniques, strengthening, flexibility, balance and relaxation. Appropriate for both beginners and intermediate-level practitioners, the classes are geared toward building strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the nervous system to bring a greater sense of overall well-being.
The hour-long classes will begin at 5:00pm at the Center for Women’s Health. The cost is $10 per class. Advance registration is required. To register, click on "Classes & Events" above and choose "Wellness Classes."
