Kristin Bonilla, MSN, APNP, FNP-C

Watertown Regional Medical Center is pleased to welcome Kristin Bonilla, MSN, APNP, FNP-C, to its primary care clinic in Lake Mills. Kristin has joined Dr. Whitney Van Reesen in Lake Mills and is now accepting patients. She will also begin seeing patients at the Waterloo clinic once she is established in her new role.

Kristin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 17 years of experience in healthcare. She has cared for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, bringing a broad clinical background that includes family practice, otolaryngology, orthopedics, pulmonology, urology, school nursing, clinical education, and home health.

“We are excited to welcome Kristin to our Lake Mills team,” said Gina Novotny, Executive Director of Physician Services. “Her extensive experience across multiple specialties and her dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care make her a wonderful addition. We are confident she will make a meaningful impact for our patients in both Lake Mills and Waterloo.”

Kristin is passionate about caring for patients across the lifespan and is committed to helping individuals manage chronic conditions, improve overall health, and achieve lasting wellness through personalized care.

Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board.
